full moon, half moon, total eclipse…jaffa cakes are rapidly scoffed in the office so therefore I decided to embark on a jaffa cake production line to satisfy the orange-jelly-lovers needs. 
 
They are simply too easy to eat and when homemade, I doubt they’ll even last as long the packets that are devoured at work. 
 
This recipe is quick, simple and easy, so bake away to your heart’s content!!
